The terms that apply when using Baajoo and placing an order.

Welcome to Baajoo. These terms explain the rules for using our website and buying Casio watches from us. By using our site and making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. General Terms

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent to use our website.
  • We may change these terms at any time without giving notice in advance.
  • By using our website, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Nigeria.

2. Product Information and Availability

  • We aim to give accurate watch descriptions and prices, but mistakes can happen. We may correct mistakes and cancel orders if needed.
  • Product availability is subject to stock levels, and we may limit or discontinue certain products at our discretion.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Pay through the secure payment options on our website. We do not store your payment details.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent transactions.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We offer nationwide delivery within Nigeria. Shipping times vary based on location.
  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

Unused, undamaged watches may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order, including for change of mind. Watches must be in their original packaging with all tags, accessories and parts. Returned items are inspected before an exchange or refund is confirmed.

Customers pay return shipping for general returns. For items delivered incorrectly or described incorrectly, Baajoo covers return shipping when the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery. Once your refund is processed, it should appear in your account within 5–7 working days.

6. Warranty and Repairs

  • All Casio watches sold by us come with the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Warranty claims must be supported with a valid proof of purchase.
  • Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

7. User Accounts

  • You may create an account to track orders and access exclusive deals.
  • You are responsible for keeping your login details private.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
  • Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or in the courts of Nigeria.
